Villa Bianca is the name recently given to this early 20th-century architectural masterpiece. The property is set in the stunning surroundings of Griante, on the shores of Lake Como.

The villa was originally commissioned by the German Hack family, who named it Villa Berta. In 1918, the property was acquired by the Genziana family, who renamed it Villa Rosa.

From 2022 onwards, at the request of the new owner, Petazzi Costruzioni carried out a complete restoration of the villa and its surrounding park, including the construction of a new outdoor swimming pool.
