We are currently building a new residential development called Linfa 68 in Morbegno.

The project has been designed with a strong focus on energy efficiency, the use of renewable energy sources, and the environmental sustainability of the construction materials. The building has been designed to achieve Energy Class A4, in accordance with the Italian national energy certification system (C.E.N.E.D.).
