Linfa 68- Morbegno (SO)
We are currently building a new residential development called Linfa 68 in Morbegno.
The project has been designed with a strong focus on energy efficiency, the use of renewable energy sources, and the environmental sustainability of the construction materials. These principles are considered not only a necessity but a responsibility, with the aim of reducing pollution caused by fossil fuels, significantly lowering energy consumption, and enhancing the overall quality of life within each home.
The building has been designed to achieve Energy Class A4, in accordance with the Italian national energy certification system (C.E.N.E.D.).
To maximise the use of renewable energy, the roof will be equipped with photovoltaic solar panels for the production of electricity.
Future residents will enjoy all the comfort and quality offered by premium construction solutions and carefully selected materials, while benefiting from a highly energy-efficient building that respects the environment and ensures significantly lower energy costs compared with buildings constructed to current minimum energy performance standards.
