The meticulous attention to detail, the selection of fine materials and a perfect combination of accurate manufacturing are the characteristic elements of this project. The work includes the renovation of 3 villas from the end of the 19th century with an adjoining caretaker's house, the construction of an underground garage, the enhancement of the historic garden. The insertion of the swimming pool in the area of greatest sun exposure is harmonized with the surrounding greenery and is delimited by a border of Luserna stone slabs with a sandblasted finish.
